2. Overview

  • Return window: 14 days from the date of delivery
  • Refund processing: Up to 10 business days after the returned item is received and approved
  • Return shipping costs: Paid by the customer, except when the product is defective or an incorrect item was sent
  • Optional service: You may request assistance arranging shipping through our partner, Mailboxes Etc.

3. Cancelling an Order

  • Orders may be cancelled within two hours of purchase by contacting our support team.
  • Once the order has shipped, it must follow the standard return procedure detailed below.

4. Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Timeframe: Up to 14 days from the delivery date
  • Condition: The product must be unused, in perfect condition, with all tags attached and in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase: An invoice or payment receipt is required
  • Non-returnable items: Personalized, custom-made, or intimate products (such as underwear, swimwear, or hygiene-related items) cannot be returned unless they remain sealed and unused

5. How to Return an Item

  1. Contact us: Email info@wundart.com with your order number, reason for return, and—if applicable—supporting photos.
  2. Get authorisation: Once reviewed, our team will send you a return authorisation along with detailed shipping instructions.
  3. Prepare the parcel: Carefully pack the product in its original packaging, including all accessories, tags, and the return authorisation form.
  4. Ship it back: Send the package using a tracked courier service. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
    You may also request to coordinate the shipment through our delivery partner, Mailboxes Etc.

6. Refund Process

  • Inspection: Once your return is received, it will be checked within 7 business days.
  • Approval: You'll receive an email confirming whether your refund has been approved or declined.
  • Processing: Approved refunds are issued via your original payment method within 10 business days.
    (Your bank or card provider may require additional processing time.)
  • Confirmation: You'll receive a final confirmation email once the refund has been completed.

If your refund hasn't appeared after the expected timeframe, please check with your bank first, then contact us if further assistance is needed.


7. Exchanges

We're happy to replace any defective or incorrectly shipped items.

  • Contact us within 14 days of delivery.
  • Wundart will cover all shipping costs for eligible exchange cases.
  • If you ordered the wrong size, please follow the standard return process and place a new order for the correct size.

8. Exceptions & Special Cases

  • Damaged or defective products: Report any issues within 48 hours of delivery. We'll arrange a free return and offer a replacement or full refund.
  • Wrong item received: If you receive the wrong product, we'll cover return costs and send the correct one as soon as possible.
  • Lost packages: If your order doesn't arrive within the estimated delivery window, contact us immediately so we can open an investigation with the courier.

10. Return Address
